1. You will not use Frank to
- Join, record, or transcribe a meeting without obtaining all consents required by applicable law from every participant.
- Impersonate another person in a meeting, including by changing Frank's display name to a real person's name without their consent.
- Conduct covert surveillance, including by disabling Frank's join-announcement to hide his presence.
- Capture or process content you are not lawfully entitled to access (including classified information, attorney-client privileged material, or regulated personal data outside an appropriate legal basis).
- Harass, defame, threaten, or discriminate against any person.
- Generate, request, or distribute content that is unlawful, sexually exploitative of minors, depicts non-consensual sexual content, incites violence, or facilitates terrorism.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying models or source code of the Service, except to the limited extent applicable law permits.
- Use the Service to build a competing AI meeting product or to train a competing AI model.
- Resell, rent, or sublicense the Service without our written agreement.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service except under a written security-research agreement with us.
- Send malware, conduct denial-of-service attacks, or otherwise interfere with the Service or its users.
- Circumvent rate limits, plan limits, or access controls.
- Use the Service in a way that violates any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
2. High-risk uses Frank is not built for
Frank is a productivity tool. Do not use Frank as the basis for, or as a substitute for, any of the following:
- Legal advice, court-admissible records, or evidence-grade transcription.
- Medical diagnosis, treatment decisions, or any clinical workflow.
- Hiring, firing, performance evaluation, or other employment decisions made about a person primarily on the basis of Frank's Output.
- Decisions about credit, insurance, housing, or other consequential matters that require human judgment under law.
- Safety-critical, life-safety, or real-time emergency systems.
Frank's Output is generated by AI and may be incomplete or wrong. Always apply human judgment.
3. Reporting abuse
If you believe someone is using Frank in violation of this policy — including using it to record you without consent — email support@frankflags.com. We investigate every report.
4. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without notice. We may also report unlawful activity to authorities. Termination for breach of this policy is not refundable.
5. Updates
We may update this policy as the Service evolves. The "Effective" date at the top reflects the latest version.
